As for this printer, I am very disappointed and frustrated. I give Conde top ratings for their customer service. In the mean time, I struggle with my orders. They have looked into my settings and the Sawgrass company has emailed me but it has been hard to connect with them to help with this poor quality printing issue (they do not send a phone number so you can talk to a real person). This is taking way too much time and wasting ink and paper. I have to adjust everything I print and re-print the items to make them look acceptable. It takes extra steps and the print quality is less than what I am used to. However, so far, not impressed with the printer. If my large printer has bit the dust, I wanted to replace it with the 1000.

I bought the Sawgrass 500 (with manual feed tray) as a backup incase I could not get my large printer working. I have a large printer that is acting up. If your time matters to you - look for something other than sawgrass. Print manager is awful for quick production. Not pleased at all with the new print manager as it slows my workflow tremendously. The new print manager requires extra steps to send to the printer and it's really slowing us down and making us less profitable. We do fast production, high volume printing when we're working. My entire experience with Conde so far has been exceptional! I can't wait to contact Tech Support tomorrow to get set up! It arrived promptly!
